Meet Michelle – a highly experienced senior leader with extensive knowledge in community development, social housing, strategic planning, public speaking, training, and organizational development.

Michelle has a proven track record of effectively managing complex organizations and leading large teams in person and remotely.

Michelle has held various positions at Toronto Community Housing Corp throughout her career. These positions include Community Health Promotion Officer, Community Safety Advisor, Community Housing Supervisor, and Seniors Housing Manager. Michelle’s responsibilities in these roles involved overseeing tenant administration and building operations and playing a crucial part in promoting community health and safety initiatives..

Michelle’s most notable contribution was leading the development of the first comprehensive community safety plans for 3,385 units across six large-scale communities in Toronto. These plans were created for Toronto’s initial six social housing redevelopment projects, including Regent Park, Allenbury Gardens, Dan Leckie Way, Rivertowne, Firgrove, and West Don Lands. Michelle’s expertise and leadership skills were crucial to successfully implementing these plans, significantly improving the safety and security of the communities involved.

Why Hire Michelle?
Companies hire Michelle because she has practical tips that help employees avoid distractions, stop interruptions, put daily goals in order of importance, and say “no” to requests that take time away from their real goals and top priorities.
